IF only the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) had handed-over the building on the corners of Jalan Cikini Raya and Raden Saleh Raya in Menteng, Central Jakarta, without making renovations, perhaps the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) today would not only be managing scholarships.
