Chaos and Inefficiency Incentive?

The management of IBRA is seen as very amateurish. It seems that people there do not work for reform, they're only interested in obese salaries and plenty of trips abroad.

THERE is much concern about the current state of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), especially bearing in mind that the amount of complaints has not decreased. In less than one month in the job, I Gde Putu Ary Suta, IBRA's new boss, has apparently already lost weight. Perhaps this is due to all the chaos and inefficiency at IBRA.
