Mind Id’s efforts to have the majority share ownership in Vale Indonesia hit a wall. The reduced size of mining areas leaves a question mark.

VALE Indonesia (INCO) finally paid out its dividend after not having done so since 2021. During a general meeting of shareholders on Friday, May 5, the management decided to pay out dividends of Rp937.39 billion, which is equivalent to 30 percent of profits in 2022, to shareholders. “Shareholders will receive US$0.00605 for every unit of shares they own, which will be paid on May 31, 2023,” the company statement said.
