TWO institutions are conducting due diligence on the Cirebon Unit 1 coal-fired steam power plant (PLTU) in West Java at almost the same time. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is carrying out the due diligence for the refinancing of the power plant, which will enter the early retirement program. Meanwhile, the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) plans to take over the shares of Cirebon 1 PLTU.
