SYARIAH banks—literally meaning banks that are run according to Islamic banking principles—have certainly proved themselves capable of being able to ride out the period of Indonesia's monetary crisis and more. This is the encouraging conclusion to research carried out by Delta Khairunnisa, part of the Islamic Economic Development Center at the Faculty of Economics of Yogyakarta's Islam Indonesia University. The survey results were pre
