Draft Exclusion
A businessman is seeking a debt reduction based on a draft presidential decree. To avoid such future lunacy, the government should once and for all clarify whether or not there is indeed a debt reduction policy.

The news of a 50 percent debt reduction for cooperatives and SMEs (small- and medium-sized enterprises) has spread far and wide, despite the fact that the policy has not yet been enacted into law.
