Bank Central Asia has started to reduce interest rates. When will other banks follow suit?

THEY say that if you wait for something long enough, then it will eventually happen. The interest rate on Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBIs) has dropped significantly and it is to be hoped that the same thing will happen to interest on loans.
