Dotcoms are collapsing all over the country. Have operators failed to wake up to the fact that Indonesia isn't very computer literate?

In the wake of the global dotcom meltdown, Indonesia is feeling the pinch—not surprising, as the country has the lowest computer ownership rate in Asia. Local e-commerce, as well as most other Internet-based businesses, is in the doldrums.
