Just take a look at the way BP West Java sells its gas to the Muara Karang electricity generating station in North Jakarta. As the distance involved is in excess of 150 kilometers, the national electricity company (PLN) has to shell out a total of US$2.65 per cubic foot (mmbtu) for its gas, which is produced by BP West Java in Subang, Wes
