Pertamina land is being leased at nominal rents to two international schools. The company is now proposing that the leases be reviewed and new rents set, or risk further losses from these assets.

TIMES change, regimes change, but Pertamina continues to provide fodder for sensational news stories. Former Pertamina president irector Martiono Hadianto once said: "If you throw a stone anywhere, it will probably fall on Pertamina land."
