WAITING to board at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Cengkareng can indeed be mind-numbing. There is nothing much to do but stare into empty space. At the most, you can eat or drink coffee at the food stalls scattered there. Unlike, for example, Changi Airport in Singapore. There they have shopping and recreation centers as part of the passenger terminal.
