NOT a single day passes, it seems, without I Putu Gde Ary Suta, Head of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), feeling he has to achieve something. Putu carries out his duties at a very high tempo indeed, almost as if he was competing as a sprinter.
