DWI Aria Setiawan is not an international-school student. His school is located at the foot of Mount Malangyang, Ujung Berung, around 20 kilometers from Bandung. But the second-year State High School (SMU) 24 student in Bandung regency is as fluent in English as his peers from classy schools in Jakarta.
