A pollution rate calculation contest has changed the thinking pattern of high school students in Bandung about the environment.

FAUZAN Abdul Syukur has changed. It’s not his physical appearance, but rather his way of thinking about the environment. The 17-year-old no longer uses electrical equipment at will. Lamps are turned off when not needed. The second-year student of SMA 12 high school, Bandung, claimed to be avoiding waste. Only occasionally does he ride his motorbike to school.
