This is not the first time that the STPDN has extracted a heavy toll. Three years ago, student Erie lost his life at the hands of his seniors.

WAHYU Hidayat's death two weeks ago opened an old wound—that caused by a tragic incident which happened three years ago to a junior student at the Public Administration Institute (STPDN) campus in Sumedang, West Java.
