Haunting Depression
Mentally disturbed victims of the Lapindo mudflow are increasing in number. They are not treated seriously.

SAD faces, deep in thought, are a common sight at the Lapindo refugee camps in Kedung Solo. But Fatimah is a worse case. The 60-year-old woman had been sullen longer. Her faraway empty gaze looked out through the slightly opened door of her unlit plywood cabin measuring 3 x 5 meters.
Fatimah has been mentally disturbed over the year. In addition to sitting absent-minded, when the sun is bright she would go out for a walk around the refugee camp
