THE future of climate change in Indonesia is in the hands of Rachmat Witoelar. He is Indonesia’s chief delegate to the United Nation’s Conference on Climate Change, to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, December 7-18. At the meeting, Rachmat will strive for Indonesia to obtain funding and technological assistance in the national effort to reduce emissions.
