SPELLS of rain have been falling over Copenhagen these past few days. Temperatures have dropped below 10 degrees Celsius on average. However, discussions have heated up at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) that began last Monday in the Danish capital. Developing countries that are part of the Group of 77 (G-77) have yet to reach an agreement in the devising of propositions for the summit conference that is to be h
