YUDHA, 40, has not gone out to sea for over a month. This fisherman from Bina Baru, Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, has been unable to fish due to a burst of phytoplankton, which has changed the waters of the Bima Bay on the Sumbawa Island into brown, jelly-like matter.
