THE year 2011 is turning into the year of Indonesian contemporary art in Europe. There will be many exhibitions focused on Indonesian art at various important European art institutions until this coming December. This series of exhibitions began on June 23 marked by the opening of the exhibition of 11 Indonesian artists at Louis Vuitton Culturel Espace in Paris, France.
