JAIL is a source of enjoyment, or at least for Oloan (not his real name) anyway. This is a man, in his forties, who has become infatuated with breathing the stale stuffy air of prison. He has frequently and quite deliberately gotten himself arrested, even beaten up by angry mobs if necessary, by snatching purses from passengers on city buses.
