CHICKENS, ducks, and birds now have no right to live at Mangga Besar, Tangerang, Banten. Fowls roaming around or in cages were caught to be killed and burned. None was spared. Every fowl, including its cage, blackened. The hysteria among the residents flared up following the death of Riyah and Ani Afriani, two residents in the neighboring village, from bird-flu virus in the middle of this month.
