The revision draft of Law No. 15/2003 on Anti-terrorism as prepared by the government stipulates that the Indonesian Military (TNI) will have a bigger role in handling terrorist acts. One of the articles in the draft even allows the TNI chief to work without the presidents approval. This has aroused criticisms
