People were at a loss over what to do to restore water supplies to the two housing complexes at Ciracas, when one of them was struck by the notion that the slaughter of a chicken may just crack it. As soon as the chicken was butchered, the Serang Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM)'s water flowing through its pipelines beneath the bridge of the Cibanten River ran smooth. It happened for the first time, at least in Serang, Wes
