A PICTURE of the Raja Ampat island group in West Papua is printed on black T-shirts. Other T-shirts worn by Conservation International Indonesia officials display an aerial photograph the islands. Both T-shirts have the same message printed on them: ‘World Heritage or World Auction?’

The T-shirts, which were designed by an alliance of non-government organizations (NGOs) called the Papua Bird’s Head Regional NGO Cooperative Forum (Foker LSM
