Landslides in Manggarai

FLOODS and landslides which hit Manggarai on Flores Island in East Nusa Tenggara last March 3 have left 43 people dead, 25 missing and 5,000 homeless. On Wednesday last week thousands of refugees began retuning to their homes. Many others still remained in refugee camps as their homes were completely destroyed.
