THE climate change brought by El Nino is expected to bring even more drought in Indonesia this year. A government report titled Climate Variability and Climate Change and Their Implications in Indonesia, issued early last May, said one of the areas most vulnerable to the climate change is the Province of East Nusa Tenggara.
