MARRIED couple Mujiono, 46, and Tarmini, 42, live under the bridge over the Bedadung River, the largest river cutting through the town of Jember, East Java. They are part of the hundreds of the poor who also live under the bridge in a bamboo hut measuring 3 x 5 meters.
