THE noisy nightlife somewhere in South Jakarta on a Saturday last October was just beginning when most people retired to bed. Thumping music blared out of the Blowfish Kitchen and Bar, located in City Plaza, Wisma Mulia. Young clubbers wearing scary costumes gathered for the special Halloween party.
