THE free nutritious meal program in schools, proposed by President Prabowo Subianto, has drawn attention from the United Nations because Indonesia, alongside Vietnam, is one of the countries in Southeast Asia that has yet to implement the meal program in primary schools. Indonesia remains behind countries like Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Thailand, which started such programs earlier. According to the United
