THE Indonesian Navy’s decision to tow the MV Mirna Rijeka, a ship they arrested at Wondama Bay in Papua last August, to Surabaya, East Java has raised suspicions and created a controversy. Originating from Croatia, the ship carried stolen logs when it was arrested by the Surabaya-based naval frigate, KRI Sutanto 877.
