MARCH 24 was the first test for Indonesia since it became a member of the UN Security Council (UNSC). That day, the Council voted on Resolution 1747: to block nuclear development (uranium enrichment program) in Iran. The result was that all 15 of the UNSC members voted in favor, including Indonesia.
