ALTHOUGH he has recently traded jobs, from CEO of the Jawa Pos Group to the CEO of state-owned electricity company PLN, Dahlan Iskan has not changed much. His dress code remains the same: a shirt over khaki pants, a leather jacket and sports shoes.

Dahlan, 58, is not one to be sitting in his office all day. “I don’t like sitting behind a desk,” he says. In fact, one week into his new job as chief of the power company, he admitted he had no
