H.R. Djoko Soegianto, S.H.: "We don't give preferential treatment to the military"

It seems like the office of the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) is always busy. And last week was no exception, when it received the findings of the Investigation Commission on Human Rights Violations (KPP HAM) in the Trisakti and Semanggi I & II cases.
