A Japanese national has filed a lawsuit against PT Coca-Cola Indonesia after falling ill from drinking a bottle of Coke containing a piece of mosquito repellant coil.

THIRTY-FIVE-year-old Takasu Masaharu must have been surprised when he developed a fever, a headache and stomach cramps after drinking Coca-Cola. "I was very thirsty after having worked all day," Takasu said, according to his attorney, Ike Farida. Having finished almost half the bottle, Takasu realized that something was wrong.
