THE dispute between entertainment entrepreneur, Hartono Setyawan, and Artha Graha Group boss, Tomy Winata, remains ongoing. Last Monday, Hartono submitted his request to the Supreme Court for case review over the Planet Bali case in response to a Jakarta High Court verdict handed down over the case in April 2004.

The verdict was a heavy blow for Hartono. The high court overruled the verdict handed down by the Central Jakarta District Court
