Swamped in Lawsuits

The Constitutional Court has been swamped with election dispute lawsuits. Is the court capable of handling such a barrage of cases?

LAST week, members of the Amien Rais-Siswono presidential candidate team were treated to a moment of humor amidst the usual stress of political campaigning at a meeting held at their headquarters in Widya Candra, South Jakarta. During the meeting, a member of the Freedom Bull National Party (PNBK) openly expressed his annoyance with politicians representing the Reform Star Party (PBR): You guys are crazy, you have stolen our only seat in the DPR.
