THE majority of Supreme Court justices have played down the Judicial Commissions efforts to clean up the judiciary by forcing justices to undergo a re-selection process. According to Supreme Court justices, the commission will have to overcome too many obstacles in attempting to reshuffle the judiciary and bring about the re-selection of justices.
