A year ago the Supreme Court sentenced Tommy Suharto to jail. Now through a judicial review it has let him off. The prosecution service is angry about the decision and has called for a judicial review of the judicial review. Confused? The police are determined to keep chasing Tommy over other cases anyway.

Amajority of Indonesians may well think Tommy Suharto should be in jail doing time, but that did not impress the Supreme Court on Monday last week.
