A housing complex in West Jakarta has become a ‘narco-village.’ Poisoned arrows and machetes are used to fight police.

AFTER looking right and left to make sure the coast was clear, two youths left the empty post at the Permata housing complex, Kedaung, Cengkareng subdistrict, West Jakarta. On motorbikes, they sped away, leaving the complex.
