Two students have been named as suspects in a pornographic video case. But their defenders argue that it is those who copied the film who should be punished.

The case of the Bandung pornographic video compact disc (VCD) is taking on all the appearances of a cause celebre. After detaining an employee of a VCD rental store suspected of having duplicated the film, plus three of his colleagues, West Java Police arrested two vendors of the pirated underground video, titled `Itenas'.
