He may be sick and fighting for his life but Suharto's luck has not run out yet, particularly where the law is concerned.

Last week, the disgraced ex-president got a nice present from the Supreme Court. It sent a mammoth corruption case against him back to the drawing board and ordered the prosecutors to look after the old man's medical bills. At least until he recovers. Assuming he ever does.
