THE amount was out of this world: Rp247.4 billion. If the judge decided for PT Cipta Yasa Multi Usaha, Radar Tegal would immediately be bankrupted. The newspaper, a subsidiary of the Jawa Pos Group, owned by CEO of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara, Dahlan Iskan, will have no choice but to surrender its assets: its office and everything in it. If the value is not enough, the deficit will be converted to debt.
