A ‘Refreshing’ Court Case
Tommy Suharto is being sued by the alleged rightful owners of the land on which Apartment Nifarro now stands. The case is scheduled for court soon.

THE towering structure rests gaudily among its surrounding buildings. The 21-story construction is situated just behind Empang Tiga bus stop. Anyone crossing Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, can immediately recognize the building: Apartment Nifarro. The building was erected amid mostly two-story houses and shops which makes the high-rise stand out a mile.
