The owner of an educational institution sues five journalists for Rp7.5 billion, charging defamation. The lawsuit is considered improper.

FOUR journalists approached Agus Budianto who had just taught a class. They claimed to be the relatives of Siti Marifat Sarita, one of the graduates of the Institute for Airport and Flight Attendant Education and Training, a school owned by Agus. They fired a series of questions at Budianto regarding his school. They were Febrian Putra (Lombok Post), Iza Helmi (TVRI), Haris Mahful (Suara NTB), and Ahmad Yani (RRI).
