United States police have a new topic to discuss. The talk centers on a special unit of cyber cops based in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  This force has been around for six years, and virtually every police officer with a bent for computers is trying to join up.  This new breed of cops who pursue crimes committed though the Internet have no need for either muscles or propensity to shoot bandits in the well-worn Holly
