THE yearend gift for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) came from the Supreme Court. Supreme Court Chief Justice Hatta Ali signed a regulation on processing corporate crimes, two weeks ago.

For the KPK, the Supreme Court Regulation No. 13/2016 will serve as new ammunition targeted at companies implicated in corruption cases. KPK Deputy Chairman Saut Situmorang said the KPK will promptly apply the rule to cases currently under process. "The
