THE hands of the law have yet to reach Tommy Suharto. The file on the killing of Justice Syafiuddin Kartasasmita still has not reached the court as of last week. In fact, it is his Rp15 billion case—in which he claims to have been cheated and extorted—that is now being handled by the police. Three of his henchmen, Mola, Noval and Dodi Hardjito , are currently on trial. During police interrogation, the men testified in a signed state
