An Evening Stroll Turns Deadly
The quality of street crimes enacted by youth gangs in Yogyakarta, including inter-school brawling and random gang violence, has shifted. Aside from such crimes escalating in number, their victims have also become more random. Perpetrators are no longer mostly school students.
