In the middle of Monday night last week, Police Chief Brigadier Tulus Pasaribu was on the back of a motorcycle being driven by his colleague Ardiansyah. They were passing through the Sawah Besar area of Central Jakarta. They stopped at a crossroads because someone called them. Suddenly another 14 people appeared.
